I never showed you guys how fabulous I was yesterday! Blouse and shorts both second-hand (I saw the studded collar and couldn’t resist)

More views of my makeup from last week. I think I’ll modify some things and change the outfit for the actual fashion show, and make some ears.

I went to Denny’s looking like the first pic and nobody even questioned it. I guess everyone was like “oh, art students again”??

So everybody on tumblr is doing faun makeup, I guess it’s time to contribute my deer. I made the antlers from wood in my design class a few months ago (ugh yay they’re lopsided in these photos). I’ll be wearing this next Tuesday in a school fashion show!

I’m making horns out of insulation foam and I need to attach them to a masquerade mask.

Anyone have suggestions for how to do that? :/

Are they being mounted on the front of the mask, like the forehead?  You could mount them with wire through the mask.  Then hot glue the wire in place and then maybe glue some soft fabric down over the wire on the inside for comfort?

My girlfriend used the same method for the horn on her pony mask.  Just fill in the gaps around the base of the horn with more foam or possibly air dry clay?

If you think this is a viable option, you can ask me about anything you need help with xD I was present for most of the making of this mask, so I should be able to help if you need it.

My dress came in yesterday, while I was away at school for a thing.

I’m pretty excited?????

I tried it on this morning (whoops grainy pictures, sorry for the shoddy camera), and it fits really well. I was afraid I might have to take the bust in, but I don’t have to!

It’s still a little wrinkled from shipping, but that’ll come out.

Shoe close-up, because they’re my favorites, even though I hardly wear them xD
